A survey published in October 2021 shows that there is strong public support for consistent animal and environmental standards across all dairy products.
The poll by Yonder (formerly Populus), commissioned by the Food Ethics Council, interviewed a representative sample of 2,079 people in the UK. Respondents were asked questions relating to dairy standards, support for dairy farmers and whether food systems are a significant contributor to climate change.
